Our lifelong friendship started in Slovakia in 1986 when we were just 14 years old. In 1999, we came to America and pursued different paths. Peter Jajcay opened and owned two successful restaurants, the Garden of Eden and Peter's Europa House, where he served as the chef. He later became a nutrition expert and health coach after graduating from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. Peter Lindtner stayed in Cocoa Beach, working on cruises and in upscale restaurants, until he discovered his true passion for baking and creating extraordinary bread. Now, our shared experiences have led us to proudly invite you to try what we have learned, as we open Just Peter's.
