Founded in 1982, Crown Properties is a privately held real estate organization based in New York City. Crown employs opportunistic strategies to invest in quality assets throughout the United States. With interests in over six million square feet of  property, Crown Properties has demonstrated its ability to identify and execute on opportunities within a variety of different business environments. We employ a proactive, conservative and hands-on management approach.
