Our estate Cabernet Sauvignon is our original New world style of big bold ageable wine. Deep ruby color dances in the glass with hints of soft raspberry and strawberry on the nose. Quickly exploding into bold Current and blackberry fruit with a bold middle exposing earthy and hints of Vanilla. Bold tannins have been softened by 34 months barrel aging and extended maceration. Ending with a long velvety finish exposing the micro fermentation nuances. This wine was made in two micro-fermentations concentrating on the beginning, middle and end of your wine experience.
