At Alicea's, Our Kids Karate program is so Much More than Teaching Kids How to Kick! Here at Alicea's Martial Arts we know how important it is for kids to maintain an active lifestyle. We also understand that kids need to enjoy what they are doing for them to be successful. Martial arts is the best of both worlds. Our curriculum provides the physical benefits of aerobic and anaerobic exercise with increased flexibility, realistic self-defense skills designed for real life situations, and, just as important, kids absolutely love it! In fact, they enjoy it so much, that many of them choose to continue with martial arts through adulthood.
